 * Statutory Compliance: Bluekites operates as a fully compliant e-commerce platform holding a valid FSSAI License for food distribution and a Valid Drug License for regulated medical/healthcare supplies.
 * Authorized Retailing: Our registered business operations authorize Bluekites to retail, distribute, market, and showcase third-party branded goods, proprietary items, and white-labeled products across our digital platforms. Displaying third-party brand names, logos, or product graphics on our platforms is done strictly for retail identification and sales purposes and does not imply direct brand ownership unless explicitly stated.
2. Category Disclaimers: Healthcare, Medical & Personal Care Products
 * Not Medical Advice: All product descriptions, specifications, dosage recommendations, usage guides, and informational content displayed on Bluekites platforms are strictly for informational and retail purposes. They do not constitute formal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment protocols.
 * Non-Liability for Adverse Effects & Health Events: Healthcare supplies, medical devices, ointments, disinfectants, and personal care products must be used strictly in accordance with product labels, safety warnings, and under qualified healthcare professional supervision. Bluekites, its parent entity, directors, owners, and affiliates shall hold zero legal or financial liability for any personal injuries, skin irritations, allergic reactions, side effects, medical complications, or unhealthy outcomes arising from product usage, misuse, or improper storage by the customer.
 * Mandatory Patch Testing & Verification: The customer is solely responsible for verifying product ingredients, checking chemical sensitivities, and conducting necessary patch tests prior to full application or consumption.
3. Category Disclaimers: Food, Gourmet & Consumables
 * Allergen & Health Disclaimer: Consumables and gourmet food products are packaged under strict hygiene protocols. However, customers are required to read ingredient lists, expiry dates, and allergen disclosures prior to consumption.
 * Absence of Medical Warranty: Bluekites disclaims all liability for food intolerance, unexpected allergic reactions, digestive discomfort, or adverse health events resulting from the consumption of food items purchased through our platform.
4. Product Imagery, Packaging Variations & Equivalencies
 * Visual Representations: Product images, 3D renders, and promotional artwork displayed on the platform are for illustrative and visual representation purposes only. Actual delivered products may vary slightly in color, label design, bottle shape, or container aesthetics due to manufacturer production batches.
 * Packaging Updates: Manufacturers frequently update packaging designs, outer cartons, and label typography. A change in packaging design or outer box aesthetics shall not constitute a product defect, provided the underlying formula, weight, and volume remain intact.
5. Volume & SKU Substitution Protocols
 * Equivalent Quantity Compensation: In the event that a specific container size or single-unit volume (e.g., a single 5-Liter jar or a direct 500ml bottle) is temporarily out of stock, Bluekites reserves the explicit right to fulfill the total ordered quantity using equivalent sub-unit packs (e.g., fulfilling a 5-Liter requirement via 10 units of 500ml or 5 units of 1-Liter; fulfilling 500ml via 5 units of 100ml) without prior order cancellation.
 * Equal or Higher Value: Equivalent sub-pack fulfillments will strictly deliver the exact total net volume or weight ordered, at no extra cost to the customer.
6. Brand Substitution Policy
 * Out-of-Stock Brand Protocol: If an ordered brand item becomes unavailable due to manufacturer supply disruptions, Bluekites may contact the customer to offer an equivalent alternative brand of matching or superior technical specification, purity grade, and price point.
 * Customer Consent: Alternative brand substitutions will only be dispatched upon customer confirmation via email, phone, or messaging channels. If declined, a store credit or refund for the unavailable item will be issued.
7. Financial Transactions & Payment Security
 * Third-Party Processing: All payments, credit/debit card transactions, UPI payments, and net banking operations are routed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Bluekites does not store sensitive card PINs, passwords, or CVV data on its servers.
 * Transaction Failures: Bluekites is not liable for transaction drops, double debits, banking network timeouts, or authorization declines originating from the customer's bank or payment gateway provider. Any erroneous debits during failed checkouts will be processed in accordance with standard banking settlement cycles.
8. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
 * Total Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, the maximum cumulative liability of Bluekites, its owners, founders, directors, employees, and third-party manufacturing partners for any legal claim, statutory dispute, or financial claim shall be strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product in question.
 * Customer Indemnification: By placing an order, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bluekites and its owners against all legal claims, liabilities, monetary damages, fines, and legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, product misuse, unauthorized resale, or fraudulent chargeback claims.
